Our History
Outbox was created in 2006 to offer online services virtually to small and medium enterprise market owners (SMEs). The awards of ‘Virtual Professional of the Year’ and ‘The David Awards Best Use of Technology’ gained in the early years indicated how the company was, and has, continued to grow in the online space.
We have experienced first-hand many of the changes in software, technology and working habits that influence businesses.
SMEs are acutely aware of the importance of an online web presence and customer communication while taking on a wide range of other organisational tasks. Our range of website and e-newsletter services is tailored to suit those needs.
How we work
You pay for assistance only when you need it, without ongoing contracts. As we work virtually, you can email work through at any time to suit you.
Outbox create WordPress and Mailchimp layouts with you in mind. You can update them if you wish to manage future work inhouse or we can do it for you. We aim to save you money, give you more time and allow you to concentrate on your business.

Lindsey Carroll CMktr
Outbox was created by Lindsey Carroll, who has made a living over the past thirty-five years by helping businesses become more productive.

Lindsey is an online marketer who specialises in WordPress websites and Mailchimp e-newsletters. She is a Chartered Marketer and Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Mailchimp Certified Pro Partner and listed Expert.
In addition to her digital skills, Lindsey has fifteen years’ experience gained with John Lewis Plc (UK) in central buying, staff training and as a systems analyst. She owned and managed her own successful bridal business before emigrating to New Zealand and regularly upgrades her skills in the software and marketing areas.
As a keen networker, Lindsey is a member of the Marketing Association, Venus Clubs New Zealand, Browns Bay Business Association, Business North Harbour, Auckland Chamber of Commerce and She Owns It. She co-manages the Greenhithe Business Group and Virtual Professionals of New Zealand and is admin for the Greenhithe Facebook Group, with over 8,500 members.
